I have performed the following: Restart Verified download location is correct Selecting process Downloaded C++ redistributables 2008, 2012, 2015-2022 Windows updated as needed. Upon the first initial launch, the application worked. But i went ahead and closed it out.

Restart
Verified download location is correct
Selecting process
Downloaded C++ redistributables 2008, 2012, 2015-2022
Windows updated as needed.
Whitelisted injection.
