Bought because it said it was for classic in ownedcore selling thread, can I have a refund since it isn't for classic wow?

I bought the software for retail classic wow but am unable to load it onto "wow0". Says that the version is not supported and that I should wait for you to update. Is the software not for retail or what? Please help me out. Thanks.
