    99% of this work was done by Speedysaky who posted a unholy DK rotation in the discord. I've just modified it for blood spec and fixed a bug with raise dead with the help of Haybale. If you want to use death grip to pull mobs put this on action bar 3 and set force pull to on with a range of 28. There are bound to be issues but it is running very well for me at LVL 70. It should hold you over until a better rotation is posted. rotation.cs
